How To Buy

Purchasing a Western Winner Garment is easy.....

Step 1

Once you have browsed through our site, simply click on the 'Add to Basket' buttons next to the garments wanted, you can then choose to click buttons 'Continue Shopping' to add another garmnet or ''Proceed To Checkout' you will then be directed to PayPals secure website where you can complete the payment online by either a Paypal Account or by Credit Card. If you need any changes to the standard range please type your requirements in the 'Additional Instructions' box.

Please Note: Delivery on individual items will be £8.00, all items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature is required on receipt.

Step 2

You will receiving an email from Paypal confirming your order. We will then contact you if any specific alterations to the garment are required to confirm instructions.

Step 3

We will confirm when your payment has cleared, and your garment will then be made and despatched to you by special delivery within 28 days

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is expected that any purchase is made in accordance with our full Terms and Conditions shown on this website.

Delivery - we send all items by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a signature is required on receipt.

Returns – items should be returned within 7 working days in mint condition with all packaging and tags intact using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Custom made items cannot be returned unless faulty.
