Western Winner Show Clothes can be washed. A cold
hand wash is strongly recommended, and different
colours should be washed separately. Even a 30 degree
wash is too hot. Washing instructions are given
with each garment. |

beautiful garments are designed and made with the
show ring in mind, therefore they are not safety
garments or everyday wear. They should be treated
with care to make sure they continue to look fabulous

you make show clothes in bigger sizes? |

Yes,
we can make all our show clothes in sizes 6 through
to size 24 and can also adjust if necessary to fit
you. For example some people may be a size 14 shoulder
but need just a little more around the middle, but
the next size up would be too big - this is no problem
once we know your size. |

you make a garment to fit specific measurements
? |

can accommodate minor adjustments to the standard
range, and recommend you measure yourself using
the measurement guide shown on the web site before
ordering. There is currently no charge for this
service, and once the garment is made no refunds
will be possible. |

Yes
we can, but it would be expensive because of the
time involved. However, we plan to offer this soon,
for those adults who need to have something special

are there no men's clothes in the range ? |

have decided to concentrate on ladies tops only
for the 2007 collection. |

I buy a standard sized Western Winner garment and
wish to return it can I send it back and receive
a full refund ? |

Under
Western Winner Guarantee you are able to return
a garment that either doesn't fit (if it was a standard
size), didn't match your horse or even if you simply
didn't like it, provided it is returned by Royal
Mail Special Delivery in immaculate condition, within
7 days and with all the Western Winner Show Clothes
tags intact.* This guarantee will not affect your
statutory rights.
If these conditions are met then a full refund will
be given. |

I return a Western Winner garment that has been
altered from the standard size ? |

are unable to offer a refund if a garment has been
made with any alterations to the standard size. |

happens if I buy a shirt that is not available ? |

A
full refund will be made immediately if we cannot
deliver a particular order. This could be because
of an unforseen problem in production and due to
the number of shirts made in any one style/colour. |

you offer a credit/debit card payment system in

Because
we limit number of each garment made to three, it
is necessary to have your order confirmed before
purchasing, and the current payment method is more
appropriate. However we may consider accepting payment
by credit/debit card in the future. |
